What kind of food could u have at an wedding anniversary?

i'm doing an wedding anniversary and they don't want no chicken,barbecue,corn,sweet peas,sweedish meatballs,collard greens, pork or beef, no paper ware,no poultry at all,macroni and cheese,fish,and they don't want no kind of sea food. They don't want coolo-aid,soda,fruit punch.

What kind of food could u have at an wedding anniversary?
pigs feet, chitterlings and malt liquor.

Reply:I think what they're saying is that they want something special. I hope you're being paid for this. Try some fancy hors de'ouvres, like shrimp cocktail, cheese %26amp; spinach puffs, and fried wontons. Dinner could be roasted chicken, which is real simple to make, w/ oven roasted potatoes %26amp; green beans... or something festive like rigatoni w/ vodka sauce. There's zillions of recipes online. Hang in there!! :)





The beverages should be set up separately from the food, so people can help themselves. A few different types of wine, bottled water %26amp; maybe iced tea could do it.
